So this is our favourite smoothie recipe. Out of all the different combinations we have done over the past decades this still seems to come up as the one the kids love! It takes only minutes to put together and depending on your hand size and glass size will make about four glasses!

  1. Pop all of the above into a blender (Thermomix, Nutribullet, Vitamix).
  2. Blitz away until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into a class and enjoy!

These are some of our favourite extras which help to keep the variety too!

  • Tsp Camu Camu
  • Tbsp Inca Inchi
  • Stick of celery
  • Juice of half a lemon plus some zest… Yum!
  • A kiwi fruit
  • Tbsp of chia seeds (soaked overnight)
