So this is our favourite smoothie recipe. Out of all the different combinations we have done over the past decades this still seems to come up as the one the kids love!

What to do?

Pop all of the above into a blender (Thermomix, Nutribullet, Vitamix) and blitz away until combined and smooth! It’s very simple.

These are some of our favourite extras and they help to keep the variety too.

  • Tbs Inca Inchi
  • Tsp Camu Camu
  • Stick of celery
  • Juice of half a lemon plus some zest… Yum!
  • 1 x kiwi fruit
  • Tbs of chia seeds (soaked overnight)
