Post Haste – Domestic Post

Please Note: There are delays within NZ due to differing alert levels

We use Post Haste for our domestic postage.

Monday to Friday Domestic NZ orders

  • Orders received before 10:30am items will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10:30am items will be dispatched the next business day. 

Weekend Domestic NZ orders: If you order is placed on the weekend your items will be dispatched on the next business day after receipt of purchase. 

All domestic orders are sent via courier and a signature is required. If you are not going to be home during the day we suggest using a business address.

Delivery expectations: 1-3 business days.

If sending to rural address please add an extra 1-2 days.

Please Note: Double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.

NZ Post – International Post

We use NZ Post as our international carrier.

Post may take up to 7-10 days depending on where you live you.

You have the option to select your level of postage (Economy, Economy Tracked, Courier, Express) at checkout.

Orders received between 9am and 3pm will be placed immediately to get the ball rolling due to the distance your items will be traveling!

Due to the international postage delays at this time and the different alert levels in different countries please add 1-2 days to the below estimated times:

  • Economy: not tracked (3-10 working days)
  • Economy Tracked: Tracked for key events (3-10 working days)
  • Courier: Online tracking by key events and signature on delivery (2-6 working days)
  • Express: Online tracking by key events and signature on delivery (1-5 working days)

We reserve the right to use other postal services from time to time if required. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. 

How are items shipped?

Our domestic carrier is Post Haste and our international carrier is New Zealand Post. 

Why don’t you do ‘authority to leave?’

Parcels will not be left delivered without a signature. We don’t wish to see our customers without their goodies! If you know you will not be at home to receive your parcel or you are challenged with the location of your post office we recommend you use a business address.

Where are my items?

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Refund Policy 

Vital Wellbeing Ltd offers a 21-day return policy from date of purchase. Items must be returned complete and undamaged. If you were gifted an item or purchased an item that has defects of any sort, we ask that you submit a photo to our team to help us get to the bottom of the issue and from there we can further discuss and rectify the matter to the fullest extent necessary.  Vital Wellbeing Ltd takes no responsibility for the actions of others (customs or postal service) and cannot be held responsible for a parcel that gets lost or confiscated.

For items that were incorrectly ordered by the customer, the customer will pay the return postage and the postage paid upon ordering will be deducted from any refund of returned goods.

Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. If you do not have either of these, please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number. A refund less shipping will be provided.

Ultimately, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Vital Wellbeing products and be sure you have the best representation possible of our company. Refunds for the product purchased may take up to 14 days to complete and monies will be transferred to the credit card paid with or a bank account whose details are provided.

We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. 

Non-Consumable Products 

Online Courses, Books, e-Books, MP3’s, Reports, Posters, DVD, Quote Book:

Vital Wellbeing Ltd maintains the following return/refund policy for all non-consumable products sold on the www.vital-wellbeing.com website. MP3s, e-books and e-courses are NOT eligible for refunds after they have been accessed. 

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • If your parcel has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
  • If you are not happy with the product and it’s been returned to us within 21 days (less postage)
  • If your parcel is returned to us as ‘undeliverable’
  • If your DVD is damaged
  • If the e-course specifically specifies a ‘refund guarantee’ at registration

  • Your product/s has/have not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
  • You are not happy with the product/s and it’s been returned to us within 21 days (less postage)
  • Your product/s is/are returned to our warehouse as ‘undeliverable’
  • Your product/s is/are damaged
