For example, you may be asked to provide information when you register for access to certain parts of our site or request certain features e.g. our newsletter or when you make a purchase.

Our Site Vital-Wellbeing.com collects information automatically. Some of these practices may be transparent to our guests e.g. we may log the name of our guests Internet Service Provider (ISP) or use cookie technology to recognize a guest and hold information from their visit. This helps us understand our business better so we can serve our guests/customers better. The cookie technology may also store a user name and password, which saves guests from re-entering the information each time they visit.

Google Analytics is used to help us analyze the use of the website.  Google’s privacy policy is available at: https://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html. Google Analytics generates statistical information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer. These cookies help us to track a guest’s behaviour across the websites to help determine our audience’s interests, demographics and location.  The information generated relating to our websites is used to create reports about how our guests interact with our site so we can continue to improve what we are delivering. Google will store this information.

In certain circumstances, you can choose not to provide us with information, for example by setting your browser to refuse to accept cookies, but if you do you may be unable to access certain portions of the site or may be asked to re-enter your user name and password, and we may not be able to customize the site’s features according to your preferences.

In addition, from time to time as we continue to develop our business, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets. We may also disclose your information in response to a court order, at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by law, in connection with the collection of amounts you may owe to us, and/or to law enforcement authorities whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary.
