Our Amish Iron Drink is packed full of iron and Vitamin C, is great for you, super quick to put together and only has three ingredients! We are calling this iron rich drink the Amish Iron Drink because we were first introduced to this drink by our Amish midwives after the birth of our eldest son. I found I was low on energy, as are a lot of first time mum’s, and our midwives suggested I have this drink. I would have it each morning and noticed a considerable change in my energy. We have since shared it with 100’s of practice members who have also touted wonderful changes to their energy too among other things.

Vegans, vegetarians, women with frequent and heavy menstrual cycles, pregnant women and those with a poor diet are affected by low levels of iron resulting in a plethora of challenges. To understand more about iron in your body and foods to consume pop over and read our blog Iron Deficiency + Vitamin C. There is also a quick home test on the blog that you can do to see if you are low in iron.
